About Me

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live well. I specialise in Pilates as a STOTT-certified instructor, teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates, and I work comfortably with all ages and abilities.
My career has taken me across gyms, studios, outdoor settings, and into rehabilitation-focused training. I’ve worked closely with clients referred from physiotherapists, supporting rehabilitation programmes and helping people safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after injury.
Alongside Pilates, I offer personal training tailored to weight loss, strength building, fitness, toning, and overall wellbeing. Whether your goal is to feel fitter, get stronger, recover from injury, or simply move more comfortably, I adapt every session to suit your needs.
I also spent two wonderful years in Singapore working at the STOTT Pilates Singapore studio, alongside local trainers, which greatly enriched my experience and approach.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mum of two and a strong believer in the power of movement nature, and consistency to transform both body and mind.
