Mat Pilates

With decades of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve been guiding clients in Mat Pilates since my early twenties. My journey has taken me from village hall classes and studios here and in Singapore to working with clients on rehabilitation, strength building, posture improvement, and mobility. Mat Pilates is the ideal foundation, giving you a deep understanding of your body and your movement patterns, helping you identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Mat Pilates is a great way to build a strong foundation that you can continue at home, allowing you to develop your practice independently with the mat, bands, weights, and other tools. This empowers you to understand your body better and enhance your overall well-being.
I offer one-to-one sessions, as well as two-to-one sessions, in dedicated studios that I hire across West Northants. I also have a class at East Haddon Village Hall class on Thursdays from 2 to 3 p.m. If you'd like to book a session or join the class, just give me a call!
